What happens when you select a social media management pricing package with our agency?

Not everyone fits into one of our above packages and that is absolutely fine! You can also request a bespoke quote for alternative social media services here.

Once you’ve chosen your package and proceeded to check out, you will be asked to fill out a form. 

This form will tell us everything we need to begin working on your social media strategy. This includes your business name, any existing social media platforms, your website and your main social media goals. 

Once this is sent to us, you can expect to here back from a member of our team within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) or 48 hours (if submitted on a weekend / public holiday). 

Once our team of social media experts have reviewed your information, we will put together a comprehensive social media strategy, including a competitor analysis, a platform audit (of any existing contnet) and proposed actions to take. 

We will schedule a call with yourself or a member of your team to discuss our proposed strategy and to make sure you’re happy with any work to go ahead.

Most of our clients like to review social media content before it gets posted to their accounts. This is especially the case at the start of working with us, until you feel comfortable that we know your brand inside out. 

We will invite you as a reviewer to our content management system, where you will be able to review, approve or suggest edits on the content we have created. 

Once content is approved, you can sit back and relax as we schedule content as per your chosen package and begin to interact with your online audience. 

We will send monthly reports on your audience growth and engagement and will inlude suggestions on how to improve your strategy on an ongoing basis.

Depending on your package, you can also schedule more regular meetings with us to track progress, or, you can contact us by email, phone or through your personal slack channel (premium feature) to request changes or speak to your account manager.
